Refund & Replacement Policy

This is the web site of “Rai Creations” believes in & we can helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

The details of the products or product specifications (weight, colour, handwork details, size, etc.) as shown on our website are only approximate values.

 

While “Rai Creations” shall endeavour to ensure the accuracy of order of the products, there may be variations in colour of the actual product against that as shown on the website, due to nature of fabric, dyes, climatic situations at the time of dying, lighting, digital photography limitations, difference in displays or any other technical or technological reasons.

A customer must place an order keeping in mind that minor variation may occur in colour, weight, handwork, size, etc. as seen on the website against the actual product received.

 

Our Returns and Replacement Policy addresses different situations as below:

Refund will be processed only through net banking. No other modes are practiced from our end. We also make sure that the information regarding the bank accounts of the customers will remain private and confidential. The entire amount paid for any purchase shall be returned to the customer including the shipment charges (if any) within next 3-4 business days from the day the customer receives a confirmation mail for the refund.

* No returns can be entertained in case of international shipments other than damaged products and the concern has to be reported within 3 days from the date of delivery.

* No return shall be entertained if the product is purchased at Sale Price.

* No return shall be entertained if the product is purchased with customization (Fall & Pico).

Damaged or Defective Product:

– If the parcel brought by the courier or post is damaged or tampered, please do not accept it. Should you choose to accept a damaged parcel, “Rai Creations” undertakes no responsibility for the contents of the parcel or the condition of the product contained within.

– If the parcel received is not damaged or tampered, and yet the product contained within is either damaged or has manufacturing defect, please write to us at the aforesaid email address within 24 hours of your receiving the product with complete details and photographs of the damage / defect.

– Please note that “Rai Creations” shall examine the returned products for all such damages / defects on the basis of the customer’s emails. Upon confirmation of the damage / defect, we may ship a replacement product. In case, the same product is no longer available, “Rai Creations” may refund the full amount along with any courier charges charged, back to the customer.

– Please do not return any product before receiving confirmation from “Rai Creations”. In case, any product is returned without such confirmation, “Rai Creations” does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.

All defective products along with the copy of invoice, original packing of the product and the product in the condition as received by the customer without washing shall have to be sent back to “Rai Creations” within seven (7) working days from receiving the “written receipt of confirmation to return / refund / replace” from “Rai Creations”.

– Shipping Charges Incurred in Returning:

In order to return the order, kindly pack the product(s) again in the same or another bag, make a photocopy of the invoice you have received and return it back to us at your own cost through your own courier. Please do mention on the invoice copy that you wish to receive the replacement of the same product. Return address is mentioned on the invoice which you have received.

While returning the defective product, kindly mark the package as ‘DEFECTIVE RETURNS’.

Wrong Item:

This shouldn’t normally happen. However, in case, a wrong item has been delivered to you, please write to us at provided email address within 24 hours of your receiving the product. Please note that the “Rai Creations” may verify the contents with the order summary and replace the product with the one ordered. In case, the same product is no longer available, “Rai Creations” may refund the amount back to the customer.Please do not return any product, before receiving confirmation from “Rai Creations”. In case, any product is returned without such confirmation, “Rai Creations” does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.

All incorrectly delivered products along with the copy of invoice, original packing of the product and the product in the condition as received by the customer without using / washing shall have to be sent back to “Rai Creations” within seven (7) working days from receiving the “written receipt of confirmation to return / refund / replace” from “Rai Creations”- Shipping Charges Incurred in Returning:

In order to return the order, kindly pack the product(s) again in the same or another bag, make a photocopy of the invoice you have received and return it back to us at your own cost through your own courier. While returning the product, kindly mark the package as ‘PRODUCT RETURNS. WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERED.

Returns Policy for International Orders:

We are currently unable to offer any replacement / returns / refunds to International customers. Please note that any returns or replacements for International customers can be processed only under the above situations.

Refund Mode and Process:

Once we receive the product(s) back and if it is determined that the amount has to be refunded, we will process the refund within 7 – 10 working days. This is the amount of time that we would typically need to process the refund. Please note that we have an internal process for refunds and refunds may not be made on the very same day, the product(s) have been received back.

If the amount was originally sent to us by means of Credit Card, we will process the credit card refund. Please bear in mind that once we process the refund, the corresponding bank may take about 5 – 7 business days from the date of Rai Creation processing the same, to show the said credits on the customer’s accounts. Customer may check the credits in their next credit card statement.

If the amount was originally paid in Cash to the delivering agency for Cash-On-Delivery orders, or by Net banking or by any other means (excluding Credit Card), we would deposit the cheque into the buyer’s account.

Please note that all refunds for Cash-On-Delivery orders shall be processed on a specific day on the next week after the returned shipment has been delivered to us.
